No problem! Here at Kobi Ann, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received (7 days for In Store orders) for a full refund back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unused or sealed, if any. Any merchandise returned with marks of being used will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund.
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know in your return order and we will be happy to issue you online credit in the amount of the return.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise, contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.

Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
You choose the method of your refund. We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid back to your original payment method or issue store credit.
